2010 Pathways

Provider of the Year

Holy Angels was named the recipient of the Pathways 2010 Provider of the Year and Resident Cheryl T. received the Consumer Success Award.

Pathway LME (Local Management Entity) is the agency Holy Angels contracts with to provide our programs and services.

Cheryl was recognized for her many outstanding accomplishments as both an employee of Cherubs Café and Candy Bouquet and a resident of Gary Community Group Home.  Cheryl received her award on Tuesday with her parents, Iris and Steve proudly in attendance.

Holy Angels was recognized for our Exemplary Success, Creative Programming, High Quality Service in Person-Centered Planning and Care Coordination.

Holy Angels Receives Zero Deficiencies

Great news about our programs and services.  The ICF/MR Services (Belhaven, Fox Run and Moody Place) passed their annual survey with flying colors  and no deficiencies. 

The Survey Team members commended Holy Angels on our outstanding programs and services that meet the individual needs of a diverse group of residents.  They always love to come visit Holy Angels and see the quality care given by quality staff.  They were especially pleased to see the same direct care staff every year and commented how great the staff are!
