Sr. Jill Katherine Weber, RSM
Sr. Jill Weber has served as the Holy Angels doctor of physical therapy and Holly’s best friend since 1988. Catherine McAuley, foundress of the Sisters of Mercy maintains,
“We should be shining lamps, giving light to all around us.” Sr. Jill has been our shining lamp for 29 years.
No matter the need, time of day – Sr. Jill came in to help. She cared for each resident – assessments, doctor appointments, reports, staff training to assure the PT goals were carried out correctly and making sure each one had the PT equipment they needed for their highest quality of life. Sr. Jill has served as an advocate for the residents and the staff, but most especially - Holly. From the day Holly arrived in 1990 – she stole Sr. Jill’s heart – and Holly has remained there for 28 years and counting.
Sr. Jill did ordinary things extraordinarily well - that sums up Sr. Jill’s legacy at Holy Angels – she gave unconditional love to each resident and staff member and saw unlimited possibilities in all.
