Our Commitment to Quality in Action

At Holy Angels, our mission is more than words—it’s a daily commitment to providing the highest quality of care for the individuals we serve. In 2024, that dedication was tested and proven time and again. Over the course of the year, Holy Angels underwent more than 50 surveys and assessments by various state and regulatory entities across our programs. Each came back with no corrections—and the highest possible rating. This extraordinary achievement is a reflection of the commitment we live by: Holy Angels is a place of loving, living and learning which maintains the highest standards of excellence in service.

In addition to external assessments, we actively monitor the well-being of our residents through tools like the WHO-5 Well-Being Index—a globally recognized measure of emotional and psychological health. This index allows us to gather direct input from individuals living in our community group homes about their happiness, sense of purpose, and overall quality of life. We’re proud to consistently see scores in the 4s and 5s on a 5-point scale, reinforcing that our residents not only receive excellent care, but also experience meaningful, joyful lives.

Behind each successful assessment is a team of deeply committed professionals who ensure our residents receive the respect, care and support they deserve. These results aren’t about passing inspections—they’re about proving, time and again, that excellence is our standard, and love is at the heart of everything we do.
