Across All Ages, Students Discover the Power of Service
/This season, Holy Angels was blessed to welcome students of all ages – from grade school to college – who came ready to learn, serve and connect with our residents. Each group brought something special, helping our campus feel even more joyful.

St. Gabriel Catholic School’s 5th grade class visited to learn about the magic of Holy Angels in a truly memorable way. Through a magic show, Fr. Dennis Kuhn shared our mission and reminded everyone that, despite our differences, we are all worthy of dignity, joy and belonging.

The Cox Mill High School Beta Club spent time building and decorating gingerbread houses with our residents, filling the room with laughter and creativity. Their sweet creations were a beautiful addition to our homes! We are also grateful for the Belmont Abbey Tennis Team, who returned time and again to lend a helping hand. From washing vans to taking down holiday decorations, their willingness to step in has made a meaningful impact on our residents and staff.
Each visit supported our residents in a different way, but all shared the same spirit of care and compassion. If you or your group are interested in volunteering at Holy Angels, email SophieH@HolyAngelsNC.org to learn how you can get involved and make a difference.
